FT Island Models for Toreore Chicken
In addition to wanting their fans to rock out to their music, the FT Island members are wanting fans to eat (their) chicken.
FT Island recently became the spokesmodels for Toreore Chicken, a chain of fried chicken, and recently filmed their first TV commercial for the company on July 21.
Regarding their casting, FT Island shared, “The members all really love chicken so we’re really happy we became the advertisement models for chicken.”
In particular, member Min Hwan is known to be a chicken maniac and even earned the nickname of ‘the chicken professor’ after a popular video of Min Hwan teaching viewers how to properly eat chicken was posted online.
As for the band’s music activities, FT Island will drop its newest Japanese single Top Secret on August 8.
